PVC PU Air Cooling Press

This air-cooled press offers an all-in-one solution, integrating all components into a single tool for easy plug-and-play operation, ensuring quick and portable splicing that can be carried out anywhere with ease. 

Key Features: 

1, Integral solution designed for splicing thermoplastic conveyor belts (e.g., PVC, PU, etc.), eliminating the need for an external control box, air pump, or cooling water tank. 

2, Equipped with an electrical heating function and an incorporated air cooling system, enabling fully automatic splicing process.

3, Splicing pressure is generated by an interior compressor, with a maximum pressure of 0.2MPa (200KPa). 

4, Capable of reaching a maximum heating splice temperature of 200°C (392℉) and maintaining a constant splice temperature (adjustable temperature holding time). 

5,Efficient cooling down to a safe temperature for removing the conveyor belt.

6, Ability to use preheating temperature and preheating temperature holding time for thick belts. 

7, Customizable bottom temperature settings relative to the top temperature. 

8, Available in different models to accommodate various belt widths, ranging from 12″ (305 mm) to 90″ (2360 mm).
